Clarity In A Rage

Hey guys i wanted to know if there was a way to get clarity in a rage outside of homebrew anything that was printed that allows it an item or a feat or something im building a super gish rage mage and kinda wanted them to stack if at all possible and the book and page number would be much appreciated

Define ‘clarity’. Righteous Wrath appears to be what you want, since it similarly uses the term in its description.

Rage Casting feat in Dragon #310 is explicitly allow to cast quickened* spells while raging
(*Actually, RAW says "you can cast spells that you can cast as a free action", but rules for Quicken Spell were changed, so, it's - probably - should be "swift or immediate action"; Quicken Spell is in the prerequisites)

Torque of Lucid Raging (Dungeon #126) just removes any restrictions on actions while raging (skills, spellcasting, activity which need patience etc); 9000 gp

Well, not available to PCs, but the Tainted Raver template (HoH) allows clarity in a rage.
