Doesn't the guide cover Magus spells only?

Kurald's on the right track - spells are generally evaluated by class, so you'll want to go through each caster class' handbook and pull out the SoS spells from there, particularly the ones with higher ratings. (Generally the better ones do something even on a successful save, bypass SR, or some other advantage or combination of advantages.)
