does the combination of seeking(complete warrior); negate concealment as long as you are firing at the exact position they are in, and blood seeking(dmg); makes arrows turn corners to hit a target as long as you know where they are (in the same manner as seeking) but they have total concealment.

so am i right in thinking that with this you could scy a room and shoot through an open window to hit someone in the room?

Seems right to me. +2 bonus for an arrow that ignores cover and concealment.

Looks close to right - there are other limitations though. First, you have to be in range. Second, you need to roll an attack roll based on range increments, so that definitely affects the use of it. And third, there still has to be an unobstructed path.

Looks mostly right.

Blood seeking overcomes all of the established limits on ranged combat provided by cover (such as requiring line of effect).

Seeking in turn negates the miss chances that blood seeking does not overcome.

So yeah... pretty much this... (https://youtu.be/UZTwuDi49uA?t=2m51s)

I'm fairly certain that's common knowledge at this point; ranged combat needs all the help that it can get, really. That said, Blood Seeking has certain limitations.
