So in the campaign I'm running one of the players attended a literal college for bards in his youth and for story fluff purposes I need some course names. So far I've got stuff like Illusions I, Illusions II, etc. but I want some more diversity.
Any suggestions will help.

You might tie it to the skills and tools he has chosen to be proficient in.
So if he chose sleight of hand he could have taken Dazed and Confused: The Performance behind Prestidigitation.
If he walks around with a drum perhaps he could have taken Bonham's Basic Beats.

I'll second whoever said Improv classes. Fun tip: those classes help you in real life too! I'm taking them right now.
Anyway, here's a few more
- Introduction to Dragons: Entertaining them, and Other Tips
- How to Win Friends and Influence People (yea, it's a real book, but it seems appropriate)
- How to Insult Friends and Charm People (not real, but maybe it should be?)
- [Race]: A Guide to [Race]'s Traditions and Quirks
- Viscous Mockery 101: An Introduction to Mocking Your Friends and Enemies
- Monkeying Around: An Introduction to Basic Skills

Lore Bards might get something along the lines of:
Poetry and Politics 401, how to motivate people through subtle and non subtle political prose. Guest lectures by Professors Kristofferson and Dylan.

- Viscous Mockery 101: An Introduction to Mocking Your Friends oozes and Enemies shoggoths (among other Eldritch abominations which are similar in nature)
Fixed that for you.
In D&D land, that may actually be quite a useful class.

Just copy the way real medieval universities worked: the seven basic subjects were the quadrivium (arithmetic,*geometry,*music, and*astronomy) and trivium (grammar,*logic, and*rhetoric).
Afterwards, students pursued a career in philosophy, theology, law, ars notaria or medicine; in your world, magic (wizardly or bardic) would be just another career path next to medicine or law...
