I got excited when I pulled this out. But when I used it, the DM just attacked and dispersed the Illusion pretty much without any effect

-intimidation feels like most it could do.

-anyone have ideas for your game? Or is it a low underwhelming magic item

Like all illusions, it is going to be VERY DM dependent on whether this item is highly useful, or useless. And while a creature could attack it and find out that the attack goes right through it, the item does say that a creature needs to use it's ACTION to really disbelieve it, which is still handy. An action spent investigating an illusion is an action it is not attacking you or your party.

Edit -> Also, it is only an uncommon item, I believe. So it's not meant to be uber-powerful.
