EDITED:

-Full Caster: Wizard | Cleric | Druid | Sorcerer | Bard

-Half Caster: Paladin | Ranger

-Third Caster: Eldtritch Knight | Arcane Trickster

-Partial/Patron Casting: Warlock?

Then what the heck is the warlock? Technically full since they get cantrips through 9th level?

Is this correct?

-Full Caster: Wizard Cleric Druid Sorcerer

-Half Caster: Paladin Ranger

-Partial Caster? Eldtritch Knight? Arcane Trickster?

-Quarter Caster? Warlock?

Full Caster needs Bard in there

1/3 Caster is EK and AT

Warlock is just a different type of caster.

Bards are also full casters. AT and EK are 1/3rd casters. Warlock is probably its own special category not expressed relative to the others; it's definitely not less of a caster than AT or EK.

Yeah, Warlocks are still "full" casters, just following a different kind of casting. They can cast up to 9th level spells, so they're up there with the full casters in terms of maximum spell level.

But once they get to 6th and up its more of a daily power than a normal caster. (unless it refreshes on a short rest which it may)

No, it refreshes on a long rest.

Nonetheless, they can still cast 6th through 9th level spells at the same progression as a full caster. It just doesn't come from spell slots.

Warlocks are more of a 1/4 caster with spell like abilites

Warlocks could be called, Pact Magic Casters.

You can look for inspiration in the PHB under the multiclassing section. In particular, the section in which they talk about spell casters.

That is ridiculous.

Warlocks get a lot of high level spell slots. More than any other class.

At 5th level Warlocks get an average of 6 3rd level spells per long rest. Compare to other full casters who get 2.

Other full casters have more spell slots overall, but Warlocks have a lot more high level ones.

Warlocks are certainly full casters.

Ah, the old Warlock argument...

In my opinion, the terms only matter for multiclass comparisons. 8 half caster levels and 3 full caster levels and you have the slots of a 7th level caster.

Warlocks use the "Pact Magic" Feature and do not have the "Spellcasting" feature.

They have 6th-9th level spells and get them at the same levels of Full Casters, but there are some differences.
Warlocks can never learn more than 1 spell per spell level over 5, as they come in the form of Mystic Arcanum, which can never be changed.
They have no spell slots over level 5 that might be used to upcast spells, so they do not have the ability to overcharge their 6th to 8th level spells.

For these reasons, I think it sufficient to just call them "Pact Casters"
