Looking for tier 3 to 4 campaigns?

My players are at level 7 and I just don't have time or Creativity to make things up. So I'm looking for campaigns that can take them from 7 to 17-20.

Out of the Abyss takes you from level 7-15. You don't necessarily need to do the first part of the campaign. You can make a little hook that involves going to the Underdark, such as the party making their way out of the underdark initially, informing "topside". Rather than those adventurers heading into the Underdark, you guys can instead. As for level 20, I don't think there's anything published, but there's a good 6 months at least of content there.
