In SoM, there's the Destruction Sphere (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/destruction). Under that Sphere, there is Energy Aura (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/destruction#toc24), which deals CL/2 or CL damage per round (regardless of damage die size), for Casting Ability Modifier rounds. That's not impressive. What is impressive is that every Blast Type (which can be applied to the Aura), is proc'd each time Energy Aura does damage.

I've went ahead and made a custom Blast Type using their rules at the bottom, to get a Daze for 1d4 rounds, in exchange for a spell point, nonlethal damage, and -1 die size. Not a bad investment since 2/3 of those don't really affect Energy Aura, and spell point is mitigated by upwards of 10 rounds.

But, no reasonable DM would ever allow that. Even if you make the argument that you'd a squishy caster in melee. In fact, it might get custom blast types banned from you. So, let's stick with the premade blast types. Which one is the best at disabling enemies?

Also, Admixture (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/destruction#toc3) is really great for doubling up on disables.
