(I originally posted this in the Other Systems subforum, but then I realized that no one actually goes there. Anyway...)
So I started Torment: Tides of Numenera recently and immediately found myself falling in love with the setting. I wanted to check out the tabletop game and I was going to go buy the core rulebook, but then I found out there are two new ones coming out in a few months. One of which, apparently, is just a revised and expanded version of the original.
So my question, for anyone who plays Numenera and knows about these things, is: what exactly is the difference? Is it worth waiting and possibly paying more for the newer version, or should I just go ahead and buy the original?
