[pathfinder] 1-level fighter dip for necromancer cleric with longbow and gandasa?

Should I take a 1 level dip to remove my nonproficiency penalties or just keep the nonproficiency and focus on necromancy?

You choose a Martial Weapon and gain Proficiency with it.
