...be fine with one of his clerics commanding a quasit to become a wolf and then the cleric having sex with the quasit in wolf form?

I am struggling to see exactly what “deviancy” he is promoting. Can anybody else come up with something more chaotic evil related to love, lust, and/or travel?

Socothbenoth is a serious deviant. As a general rule, if it would put one on a sex offender list, he will support it.
