Country Clash (You are a Country Fighting Other Countries)

As the Title States this is a homebrew game where you the player act as an entire Country and try to seize the world through your own might. This is going to be a POST BY POST SYSTEM. Or in you have the time a Turn by Turn game. I am trying to create a simple and easy to use system for global warfare on a medieval budget.

Pick A Name
Pick your type of government
Pick A color Non one else has and is is to identify versus the other colors
Pick A Capital (Randomly or Self Pick), No two people can hold the same space.
You Start with: 3VP which you may spend befor the game starts. (Powers, Figures, Advancements)
Your Powers Start at Powers: 1,3,5,7
