So I'm running a game. And some story elements revolve around troll magic items and I'm in need of more.

What, exactly, do you mean by "troll magic items"? Could you perhaps post an example or two of items that you've already come up with?

Are you looking for items created, and used by, Trolls?

or

Items to Troll your players?

Or both?

The greatclub of toilet humor: the wielder continuously farts, but anyone that gets hit pees their pants. 1 damage.

Knowledge of game system and power level might also be useful here.

I had this in another thread

Can-O-Troll

The back reads, nutritious and never ending if slightly disgusting. Warning make sure.... (label scratched off the rest of it)

Two options here

1st- its a can of troll meat that regrows when you take part of it out, the warning is based on the fact that you need to cook the meat or its going to regen inside of you and bad things happen then.

2nd - Its a tiny little can that you open up and a full size troll pops out and attacks you.

Obviously the 2nd options is the more trolly option here :)

Assuming you mean troll-as-in-monster, not troll-as-in-prank:

THE GOBLET OF VISIONS
This great clay cup, a two-handed drinking vessel even for a troll, imparts messages from the gods when any liquid is drunk from it. (As Commune spell, with the god contacted 50% likely to be Vaprak and 50% likely to be a randomly-selected god from the giant pantheon.)

HEART-KEEPER
This iron chest perfectly preserves any organic material kept in it. It is used only by the current champion of the troll tribe, and only when she is being sent into a life-or-death confrontation with an enemy known to be capable of permanently killing trolls. The champion carves out her own heart and places it in the chest before leaving for the fight; if she is destroyed the tribe opens the chest and she regenerates from the heart stored within.

THE EVER-BLADE
The wounds dealt by this single-edged knife cannot be healed by Regeneration. The blade is used to deal shallow cuts for ritual scarification and more serious wounds to punish those who betray their fellows - a troll missing one or more fingers is a terrible criminal even among trolls, and one missing an eye is an outcast so far beyond redemption that even death is too good a punishment for him.

Trollgut sausages : A length of twelve large cured sausages that, while they don't taste particularly good (largely of salt and strong spices), will regenerate one every two hours until the dozen are back and can provide both nutrition and slightly boost your daily healing.

HUNT-GUIDE
This small, fleshy ovoid is actually a Troglodyte scent gland, ripped from the living creature and then altered by Trollish magic. A small chunk can be pulled from it once per round and hurled at an opponent (treat as a thrown rock for range purposes.)

Any creature struck by such a missle is imbued with the stench of a Troglodyte for 6 hours. While not potent enough to create sickness as the living creature would be, a creature marked with the smell will suffer negative reactions from all non-Troglodytes and is detectable by Scent at three times the normal range, making it difficult to escape.

Some more questions:
1- What system, and any estimation as to the power level of items/ characters?

2- Are they supposed to be used by the characters? Against them? Against the trolls? For flavor? (Like troll utilities and such)?

3- Are magic items by forces/ people who deal with trolls (favorably or not) also included?

4- Are you looking for magic items that exist in public products, or any ideas by the forum?

5- Last, but certainly not least: Which kind of trolls are you refering to? D&D ones? (Even then they have minor changes by system/ setting)? Shadowrun trolls? Middle Earth trolls? Norse Mythology (I think it is Norse?) trolls? Your own particular take on trolls?

A general idea might be something along the lines of this?

Troll's Destroying Hammer

This hammer once belonged to Troll, the legendary thief and juggler. If it is used on a Troll, the hammer destroys the wielder as the disintegrate spell. If it is used by a troll, the troll is destroyed as the disintegrate spell. If it deals damage on a critical hit, the wielder is kept in suspense until.......

OK I needed to be more clear. The items themselves are to be used as an slight annoyance. Not troll as in the monster.
One such is the gerdle of masculinity/femininity where the gender of the one wearing it is changed to its opposite.
Another a ring of feather falling that makes you want of jump off stuff. Ect.

Slightly annoying items it is!

The Noxious <ITEM>: It appears to be a perfectly ordinary magic item of some sort, and in fact functions as such. However, when in use it emits an extremely unpleasant odor.
The Stubborn Belt: Once put on, this belt cannot be removed by any means until the wearer is subjected to a remove curse* spell.
The Definitely Magical Rock: This seemingly ordinary looking rock has no apparent magical properties. However, anyone who picks it up becomes convinced that it is actually a powerful magic item with an unknown activation method. When they encounter a situation where they haven't previously attempted to activate the stone, they must make a DC 15 Will save* or spend all their actions trying to do so.
The Scabbard of Clumsiness: This scabbard resizes itself to fit any one-handed sword. When a blade is drawn from the scabbard, the wielder must make a DC 10 Dexterity check* or drop the sword. If they succeed on the check, they receive a +1 bonus to attack rolls* with the sword for one minute.

* Written with D&D in mind. If you're using a different system, you'll have to come up with an equivalent mechanic.

The Wive: A quite good magic weapon, maybe a bit too good for your current WBL level. Downside: Is intelligent, craves attention and maintenance. "Say, is that Bastard Sword slimmer than me?", "Do you think my pommel looks... fat?", also regular demand for a new sheath and some quality time together away from the group.

Arrow of flying. A +2 magic arow. When it is fired it will fly around for 1d12 rounds before striking the target(to-hit roll of archer is used). If it's fired in a confined space (anything indoors smaller than a palace's ballroom) it'll let out a ln angry whistle and strike the archer instead afterflying around for 1 round.
