Psionic Tattoos

I was looking at psionic tattoos and noticed that there doesn't seem to be any information about making psionic tattoos upgraded with power points. I want the expansion power upgraded with power points to increase size by 2.

I am also curious if it is possible to make powers permeant similar to the permanency spell. Btw, i am trying to make my large dire wolf animal companion into a gargantuan size creature.

I've tried finding an answer to this same question in the past (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?516162-Augmented-psionic-tattoos), but didn't have a lot of RAW luck.

As for your other question, there's the Incarnate (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/incarnate.htm) power. However, I'm not aware of any expansion of its utility akin to the ones Permancy got in the various books so the power itself is kind of limited in what it can make permanent.

Formula's ML*Power Level*50 gp.

If a power is made into a tatt' at higher than the minimum ML then it is augmented up to the ML set. Choices regarding augmentation are made at the time of creation, same as any other choices made during the creation of an tattoo.

Crawling tatt's and tatt's with personal range powers cost double.
