Methods to raise spell level limits

There is the Reserves of Strength that raises level cap by 3. Is there any other method to raise level cap: magic items, feats, class features, spells, etc.

Do you care how specialized the effect is? For example, Force Missile Mage increases the level cap of magic missile, but nothing else.

Domain wizard in Unearthed Arcana allows you a +1CL that explicitly and specifically breaks caps on any spell in the domain you pick.

Some of the feats in Races of Faerun do also. They grant very specific and limited spell lists, grant +1 CL on all of them. Cali****e Elementalist reads "This bonus caster level allows you to exceed the normal maximum damage allowed by a spell". Some of the feats there say something very similar, some don't say anything of the kind, so check before taking one.

AFAIK domain gives a wizard only +1CL without breaking caps.
