A Monk with weapon finesse feat (or weapon focus feat) making a trip attack is using his dex bonus to CMB instead of his str bonus (or does he add a +1 in case of weapon focus feat)?

Thank you. And weapon focus (unarmed) also counts in those manouvers? I know they do not count in grapple (there is weapon focus (grapple) option), not sure about trip

Yes, WF counts towards Trip CMB (because it uses the weapon.) So do magical buffs like Bless, Magic Weapon, etc.
