So, the whole ability just confuses me.

As an action, you choose one creature you can see
within 30 feet of you, cursing it until the end Of your
next turn. The next time you or an ally Of yours hits
the cursed creature with an attack, the creature has
vulnerability tO all of that attack's damage, and then the
curse ends.

Ok. So let’s say for sake of example, a cleric casts that on a foe, then a Paladin follows up with a branding smite with a longsword and uses a regular smite as well.

What vulnerabilities does the target gain? Slashing? Fire? Radiant? All three?

And most importantly, do those vulnerabilities stay for the paladins Extra Attack feature?

Just read the text, man.

"The next time you or an ally of yours hits the cursed creature with an attack, the creature has vulnerability to all of that attack's damage, and then the curse ends."

It is triggered on the next hit (only one hit...if it was triggered on the next attack action or some such, it would have said so), and applies to all damage from that hit. There are many powers in 5e that can be a little confusing, but this is not one of them.

Ok. A little blunt but thank you.

Other threads across the net were a bit ambiguous, saying the party needed to “build to one damage type” which is where my confusion came from.
