conspiracy vanguard planechase big fun pauper commander. so i think this format works. you would pick from one of the 12 commanders valid and then drafter from all the cards in magic the fit the other rules. am i right that this format works.

I'm guessing you have never heard of Ultimate Magic. It is a 16 player game combining Emperor, Archenemy, Planechase, Commander, Star. You can add vanguard if you have the cards.
