View Full Version : Dark Heresy help. No Smite?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to get into Dark Heresy 2nd edition. I have the core rulebook and I cannot find anything about smite. I began to Google and I can't even find people talking about it. I feel like the most popular Warhammer psychic power should exist somewhere. Does anyone know where I can find the rules for it?

Isn't it in the Telekinesis discipline? Or is it Biomancy? I'm AFB; will check when I get home from work. Pretty sure it can be found in one of the psychic disciplines though.

Yeah I double checked and nothing, not even listed in the index in the back

Smite is a power in the biomancy discipline. Page 202.

Thanks for the info but maybe the warp is messing with me because I just checked that page and it's not even close to being there, I then checked the biomancy Powers on a completely different page anyways and it's not there.

I took screenshots but I can't figure out how to upload non URL images. But page 202 is a chart of critical effects for arm and head.

I'm using the core rulebook 2nd edition.

Are you sure you're looking at the 2ed rules? I'm looking at mine right now and Morty has the right of it. Page 202 for the text description, page 201 for the discipline tree.

Ah I see my problem now, I have 1st edition rulebook (I'm brand new to this).

First Edition Rulebook, Smite still exists but it's named "Bio-Lightning". It's effectively the same thing though.
