So I need to know something. What are limits on Leadership Cohorts. Race, class, items, everything.

Can you be more specific? Because the feat is available on the SRD, and reading it carefully should explain most of it.

here you go (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#leadership) this is the srd: it has all non product identity from the core books (player's handbook, dungeon master's guide, expanded psionic handbook, epic level handbook, deities and demigods, and monster manual 1)

Race: RAW, anything that is a player race, has a LA of +0 or greater (but not a LA of '—') or a LA of +something (Cohort) can be a cohort.

Class: No class restrictions as long as the character qualifies for them.

Items: I believe Leadership forces you to equip your cohort with your own WBL, otherwise the feat could be used as a massive cash boost.
