Focused INT caster with an emphasis on manipulation and infiltration, with access to a decent list of skills and the points to back them.

Is there anything like that in Pathfinder? What would you guys say is probably the closest thing I could build?

I'd say the Investigator is probably the closest, although strictly speaking it makes extracts rather than cast spells, and isn't quite as focused on illusions/enchantments IIRC. The Infiltrator archetype might result in the closest match in practice.

A bard with the sandman (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo-bard-archetypes/sandman/) archetype would work pretty well.

The mesmerist from Occult Adventures is also a pretty decent analogue. Strong enchantment focus.
