Hullo all,

Upon hearing of this feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/divine-fighting-technique-combat/) from our group's resident rule guru, I wondered on how it could be used to make a vital strike/charger build if my current character dies. We already have a barbarian and cavalier so I can't go with the the standard full attack charge or lance charge builds, I was wondering if the wonderful folks of the internet could help me out.

Any official PF content is good to use, can't port in any 3.5 material (which would admittedly make this pretty easy).

I figure the Vital Strike line is pretty necessary, as would any feat or item that increases my base damage and chances to hit since i'm only making one attack. Dealing with DR seems to be a benefit of this sort of style since it would only apply once, but crits would probably not be worth relying on since it's not multiplied. Fighter levels would help with all the feat requirements, and obviously it will be a str build with the need for power attack.

My biggest concern is that your party already has a lance charger and a pounce barbarian, so your character would be really redundant.

That said, if I was not using a pouncing barbarian, I would do this with two handed fighter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/Fighter/archetypes/paizo-fighter-archetypes/two-handed-fighter) and a greatsword, as it will double the strength bonus to the charge for even more damage. Other than centering around using the divine technique and that feat tree, its otherwise a standard fighter.
