i need help finding an old thread

i am not sure if this is the correct forum to post this. i am trying to find the forum that had a batman type utility belt using dnd terms and had several great items in it. then there is the thread that had a list of useful items by price both non magic and magic it was sorted by level of magic from no magic to minor then wonderous thenmedium and major magics i was going to show a friend the utility belt each item was listed with a page number and source book to find it in thx for any help
