Hello, I was thinking about this build.
Choose elf subracial wood.
start as a paladin, use dex as main stat.

Pick 2 rapier for two weapon fighting.
Dex should be at 17 if you use 27 buy.

At level 2 pick defense

At level 4 raise your dex to 18 and one other stat.
Go to level 5 to get extra attack and find steed.

At level 6 you choose druid.
Take either produce flame or whip cantrip
Druidcraft for flavor.

At level 7 choose another cantrip. Pick grass circle. You gain some more utility with wildshape. You can now gain 1 more lvl1 slot once per day. Will improve with druid level.

At level 8 you get stealth spells always prepared.

At level 9 max out your dex.
At level 10 you get one extra attack(haste).

With a studded leather you should get 10 + 4 + 5(dex) + 2(haste) = 21 ac. It is also possible to use shield of faith.

You have extra slots to smite, you can regain some spells when you rest. 3 lvl worth of slots and will keep improving.

You can burn 4 smite in a round. It's expensive but it's possible to go nova.
You get high utility and decent damage even if you don't use great weapon fighting.

Your slot layout should look like this:
4332.

If you want to go nova on a boss it would look like this.

1d8 +5 + 4d8 + 1d8(2 weapon) +4d8 + 1d8 + 5 + 3d8(1 extra) + 1d8 + 5 + 3d8(extra haste). 105 average. + Your possible steed attack

What do you think of it.
