Can you with multiclassing stack fighting styles like defense for +2 AC , if you take fighter 2/pala 2 for example ??

No two instances of the same ability stack, but you can have two different fighting styles.

Precisely. Same type bonuses would stack if from two different styles as long as they both apply though... such as the ac from defensive style and the mariner style(I'm afb at the moment so I am sure someone will correct me if this wouldn't apply or if there are others that would also stack).
