Help for finding the stats.

I picked up a brick of Elemental Evil Minis and I have the Hieracosphinx but I can't find it in the books.
Am I just over looking it or something?

It just seems so odd that they would have a mini and yet not have it in the books.
The set came out March 2015.

I am beginning to wonder if some body who was calling the shots on that project just made a mistake.
I guess I can always just make up my own stats.
