My DM allows Casters to make spells in the Campaign, we have to get approval from him first of course. It takes 1,000gp and 1 week per spell level to make the spell. I would like to suggest a spell, but i wanted to get ya'll to help with some balancing along with any suggested changes i might make before asking him to look it over.

Arcane Mark Telekinesis upgrade
Spell Level: 5
Casting Time: 10 min
Components: S, V, M (Your Arcane Marked Object)
Range: Touch
Target: Arcane Marked Object
Duration: As long as the Arcane Mark is still in place

When the spell takes affect an Arcane Mark identical to the Arcane Mark on the object appears on the caster at a chosen location. This Arcane Mark only becomes visible when the object is being controlled by the caster. The Arcane Mark on the object also grows in a pattern chosen by the caster across the entire object when it is being controlled.

After casting this spell on an Arcane Marked Object, you may control that object freely as the telekinesis spell. The object controlled must be equal to or less than 10lb per caster level. You may also only control the object while it is within 5ft of the caster. The Caster can only have this spell active on 3 objects at a time. If the caster casts this spell again on a different object, the spell fizzles. You must first dispel or Erase the mark on one of the three, before you can have the spell take affect again.

You may move a single object up to 10ft as a free action. As a move action, you can move every object up to 10ft. If you are controlling weapons you may use a standard action to make attacks with each weapon with an attack bonus equal to your intelligence bonus or charisma bonus + BAB. The damage for these weapons is the weapons damage dice + objects str mod. The strength modifier is based on the weight of the object. For every 10lbs not used by an object the object gains a point of strength. Thus, a Standard Medium Great Sword that weighs 8lbs with this spell cast on it by a 13th level caster. The strength score of the Sword is 12 making it have a str modifier of +1. Making the object make any other action such as having a potion bottle feed its contents to a person takes concentration by the caster a move action on the casters part.

The object controlled may carry a weight only up to the unused weight controllable by caster level. So, in the above scenario the great sword can only carry up to 122lbs. If the weight goes over this limit or is moved more than 5ft from the caster the object simply falls to the ground and goes into its inert state for 1 minute.

The Caster of the spell can choose the have the spell inert for any or all objects controlled, the caster may choose to bring these objects back under control as they please. Even when inert the objects still count against the total number of objects you may have this spell affecting. When you have an object inert the Arcane Mark that once covered the object recedes back into the original Arcane Mark. When inert, the object functions as any other object of its kind and is not controlled by the caster.

When being controlled the objects follow the caster as they move staying in the same space in relation to the caster. So, if the caster is traveling at 100ft a round the objects being controlled by the caster are also traveling at a 100ft per round in the same direction as the caster. They can still move their speed in excess of this so if you were traveling at 100ft per round and wanted your sword that was following 5ft behind you to catch up to you it could while you were still traveling at that speed.

Material Components: Diamond Dust (100gp) to trace over the object’s Arcane Mark and its expanded pattern at the time of casting the spell (used up)

Sorry, its really long because its a concept that could be really overpower given some exploits i wanted to make sure weren't possible by the spells wording.
