Permanency Spell List 3.5

Greetings all! New poster here!

Is permanency only able to affect the spells listed in the PHB 3.5 or is there perhaps an expanded list (somewhere) that would include spells from other 3.5 Wizards books (non-3rd party)?

I am playing a Goliath fighter-barbarian in one campaign and a whisper gnome fighter-rogue in another and I want to see if there are any useful spells I could pay to have made permanent on my PCs.

Thank you for all that stopped by and perhaps reminisced about what I assume is a previously posted thread and to those who stop in and answer.

P.s. Is there also a spell list for the Pathfinder game and if so, where might I find it?

Savage Species has a section on page 60 about Permanency and the new spells in that book.

EDIT: Found this list (https://skull-shackles.obsidianportal.com/wikis/permanency-permissible-spell-list). I've looked through a sampling of the spells on this list and the actual text of the spells in each case indicated they are able to be made permanent with Permanency. So this looks like a RAW list, and not just the poster's own creation.

While not official I have found it very useful.
