[3.5] Best Domain Staff for a Buffer/Healer?

So, my group includes an NPC Favored Soul. He's primarily a buffer (and healer).

Just wondering, what would be a good Domain Staff for him to obtain?

Mainly looking for party buffs and/or utility spells.

Bear in mind he's not going to be able to use to for any spells that don't appear on the cleric list (he also has Inquisition Domain through Church Inquisitor).

War has the most buffs
Nobility has a couple buffs and stuff that would go along with Inquisition (Discern Lies)
Healing is of course all healz.
Death would be more "talk or else" but you'd still need to prep Speak With Dead, or rez spells to do the "feel more cooperative now?"


Inquisition obviously would let you double up on stuff if needed.

Summoning Domain for versatility? It also has buffing, albeit lackluster or requiring xp (Planar Ally line)

Retribution and Protection have pretty good Cleric-list buffs, but I'm going to agree that Summoner is probably among the most powerful/useful choices.

Thanks for the suggestions. Summoner looks good (the character already has Summon Monster IV, so that works out well).
