This may be the wrong subforum for this, and if so feel free to move it, but this fits as something relevant for all Tabletop players, so I thought I would post it here.

I'm currently on the lookout for a new solution for dice organization, so thought I would share what I currently am using, and see what everyone else has for comparison.

Currently I alternate between a plastic tacklebox (basically: https://goo.gl/images/Jsyi6F), and a bunch of dice sets in smaller bags dropped into a big bag. I prefer to keep my sets separated when I store them, so just dumping them all into a big box or crown royal bag doesn't really work for me. Both of these solutions seem to be fairly common, but have a few issues.

First for the tacklebox: It just looks tacky and I am not a fan of the big clear plastic container. Second, the dividers fall out constantly and are kind of a pain (I suspect just a better quality tackle box would fix this at least). Third, it can sometimes be a pain to scoop the dice out of the pockets.

For the bags within bags: Bagception looks messy, and does not lend itself well to display, just ease of transport. It's also fairly bulky when you get past 3-4 sets of dice being brought around. I'd rather have a single large box than a bulging bag.

A couple options I have been looking at for the future include http://www.daedalusproductionsinc.com/product/blank-case-no-exterior-etching. This one actually looks really good but wish I had a way to see it in person before buying. The dice trays don't go deep so should be easy to retrieve what you want, and it has a ton of room in it. My main concern with it is if I understand right it looks like you would have to basically disassemble it to open the box back up. If anyone's used this or something like it I'd be interested in hearing.

Also looking at https://tinyurl.com/yc3hj7zb, but I suspect it is a bit too small for dice, having been designed for colored pencils/pastels/whatever. 3 drawers totaling 4 inches high seems to be on the borderline, but a box with 3 drawers/shelves and dividers is basically right in line with what I am searching for .

So what about everyone else? Anyone have fun things they use to organize their dice?

I have a plastic tackle box with permanent dividers for multiple basic sets of dice as well as extra d6s and assorted others. All other dice are in a pull-string bag, as backup.

Seeing as I really only use three sets of standard D&D dice, two white on solid black and one black on solid white, and one set of Genesys dice, I just carry everything in a felt lined box to roll in.

Rest, the ecclectic ones I've picked up over the years, at home in a pull string bag.
