What would the stats for crystal/gem dragons be?

Children in 2nd edition we had a dragon type for neutral dragons. They were crystals and gemstone based. We had emerald dragons for example and they were neutral aligned by nature... so what would the stats for such a critter be?

Well you can wait for Collviles strongholds kick-starter book to come out later this year. He did the gem dragon mini's and if i recall he is going to have stat blocks for all of them.
