Need more info (level, settings, book, party, amount of cheese) from what you got I say Wizard 5/Unbound Scroll/Legendary Champion 10.

Free scrolls of wish coming right up.

This is for future planning, character is level 5. I think anything from anyplace is ok so long as my DM ok's it. As for level of cheese... less than free scrolls of wish.

Also, the character is a pseudodragon. So, Unbound Scroll, which is gnome only I think, won't work.

I have access to pretty much any book that's not really recent.

As for the party, I think it's a Dragon Shaman, Favored Soul and me.

Effigy Master of Complete Arcane is an excellent crafting PrC, though I've heard evil things about the amount of cheese possible.

Other than that, I recommend, perusing the Eberron splatbooks. I remember either a couple of feats or a couple of PrCs there that can be of use.

Second Effigy Master. Just stay away from stacking too many templates on the Effigy(and remember that it loses most Feats/SLAs), and you'll avoid the dreaded Godsmack of Doom. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20353&p=651642)
