Can Pathfinder be involved in future setting? For example, can this RPG have space aliens, other planets, spaceships, futuristic weapons and technology?

No reason why you couldn't, and there's a few books out that support just that - Starjammer (https://www.opengamingstore.com/products/starjammer-core-rulebook) comes to mind immediately. This is separate, of course, from Starfinder - PF's sci-fi cousin.

That's what the starfinder game is about

I also got another question, can Starjammers cross paths with Pathfinder game? You when Space adventurers crash landed in the game of Pathfinder and they're discovering the world of Pathfinder? Also Space villains crash landed in that game as well and they join forces with Pathfinder villains and monsters.

There's nothing to stop you from running such a game; I did. It's not in accord with canon (Golarion is canonically part of its own universe similar in structure to our own, which you can explore in Starfinder; this is incompatible with the phlogiston-and-crystal-spheres universe of Spelljammer), but oh well.

EDIT: I thought you said "spelljammers", not "starjammers". I don't know the answer for the latter.

Even without considering Starfinder, it already does. The country of Numeria in Golarion is designed precisely for this kind of pulpy science fantasy stuff - there's a UFO there that crashed on Golarion a while back filled with advanced technology like robotss and lasers and whatnot. And as for other planets and aliens, Golarion is the third planet in a solar system of 9 other bodies, with plenty going on beyond the edge.

You may want to have a look into the Technology Guide (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/technologyGuide/equipmentIntroduction.html), the Pathfinder rulebook for

space aliens, other planets, spaceships, futuristic weapons and technology

For the question what lurks on other worlds, see here (https://pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Planet) and here (https://pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Dark_Tapestry).
