The only source of flaws (aside from homebrew) is UA or a couple of issues of Dragon magazine. It's not in UA, so my best guess would be an issue of Dragon.

Google search seems to indicate that there are flaws in Dragon issues 316, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 333 (more than I thought!), but not finding Hunted. I can see Haunted?

You're looking at D&Dwiki (https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Hunted_(3.5e_Flaw)), which is homebrew material, and less likely to be used than dragon magazine. A cooperative DM might allow it, but don't bet on it.

Ah, good find.

Yes, OP, beware D&D Wiki. It sometimes presents itself as official material, but is really just online homebrew.

Having said that, the flaw in the link above seems relatively balanced in line with most official flaws. It more-or-less gives the Favored Enemy bonus of a 1st level Ranger to an entire race or group against you.
