I DM for two groups where the players have more experience than me. It works great, they move at speed, at work I'm known for keeping things moving by knowing what really matters and I do that for the groups.

Every so often I like to surprise them with non level 1 NPC's and stuff like that.

Below is a site someone did good work on creating bad guys.

What are you talking about? All those monsters are from published 5e books, there is no homebrew.

In that case, I just love the art work and the way they are arranged!
