Looking for a Book

What book is the diminutive spider familiar for a wizard from? I'm building an Arachnomancer from DotUD and wanted to get that instead of something that didn't fit as well. I saw where that familiar can give you a +3 Spellcraft check, which would be a good boon after having to get 4 CC ranks in climb.

the "+3 Spellcraft" familiar is a Butterfly (Dragon Magazine) not a Spider. To get it you must first take a caterpillar familiar.

You get it after your caterpillar familar changes into one when you are 5th level.

Hairy Spider Familiar (Monsters of Faerun) grants nothing.

Spider Familiar (Dragon Magazine) grants +3 to Sleight of Hand checks, and may be Evoker Only.
