What code would a Tyrant Antipaladin of a Lawful Evil Goddess of Horticulture follow? He uses Spheres of Power.

The Green Mother.

The green mother does not seem much about horticulture, she seems to be more about seduction, plus her interest seems to be more centered around the wild kind of nature.

Her obedience is pretty strong, if a bit creepy.

For a code I'd take a look at the antipaladin code of Calistria, remove the stuff about vengeance and add some rules about nature.

She is also a deity that seems more oriented to chaotic characters. Also note that she is neutral evil, not lawful evil.

She reminds me of Little shop of Horrors, but make Audrey 2 female.

A Lawful Evil follower of The Green Mother would likely be very alluring in every way, and use their charm and guile to obtain notable and prominent socioeconomic standing. For a tyrant antipaladin, I could see them aspiring to have a Versailles like palace, complete with an extensive garden of exotic plants. Carnivorous plants(fly traps, pitcher plants) and any plant associated with sex would be prominent. Plants that serve as aphrodisiacs, as well as romantic symbols such as roses. All in meticulous order. Innuendo about "planting/scattering seeds", "plucking roses", "fruits of labor", "reaping and sewing" and anything double entendres about plants are welcome if not outright required. Although antipaladins normally don't have rules against evil or destructive acts, The Green Mother likely frowns on needless destruction of plant life. Although not required, it would be encouraged to cultivate plants, and a tyrant could use this to their advantage. Feeding the masses by ensuring fertile earth and bountiful harvests, as a means of subjugation. Likewise, carnal pleasures and needs could be used to control. A more "bread and brothels" instead of "bread and circuses" approach to management of a state.

They would not be above force, but would prefer to seduce and blackmail enemies than use outright force. Publicly smearing enemies, particularly in a sex scandal, seems very appropriate. All the while they are guarded of their own secrets.
