Baldric of Time
Wondrous item, uncommon
When you slip on this belt, you feel a brief lurch as the march of time seems to skip a beat.
Whenever your Dexterity (Initiative) check is 20 or more, your speed doubles during your first turn in combat or, if your character level is at least 11, you get an extra action during your first turn in combat instead.

Fireheart Tattoo
Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)
As you call upon its power, flames flare and twist around the heart at the center of this tattoo.
While the tattoo is on your skin, you gain 1 point of inspiration whenever you finish a long rest.
If you give up your inspiration to give inspiration to another character, you get 1d10 temporary hit points.
The number of temporary hit points you gain increases to 2d10 when you reach 11th level and to 3d10 when you reach 17th level.

Healer’s Sash
Wondrous item, uncommon
This magic sash resists staining by blood or gore - a testament to its latent restorative power.
Once, as a bonus action, you can choose two willing creatures within 30 feet of you that you can see. One of the targets (your choice) loses a Hit Die, and then the other target regains hit points as if it had spent a Hit Die of its own.
When you reach character level 14, the range increases to 60 feet.
You must then finish a long rest before you can use the sash again.

Manual of Puissant Skill
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by spellcaster)
This tome contains lore to improve your performance by training your mind and body.
While you are wearing this tome, you gain a +2 bonus to skill checks.
Also, while you are wearing this tome, you have access to the following options:

When you make a skill check and dislike the result, you may reroll the skill check but you must use the second result. You must then finish a long rest to use this option again.
As a bonus action, you can gain a +2 bonus to the next spell attack you make before the end of the current turn.
Alternatively, as a bonus action, you can impose a -2 penalty on one creature that will make a save against the next spell you cast before the end of the current turn. You must then finish a short or long rest to use this option again.
You must then finish a short or long rest to use this option again.

Weapon of Submission
Weapon (any melee weapon), rare (requires attunement)
Your enemy flinches and cowers, allowing itself to be thrown around when you strike it with this weapon.
While you are wielding this weapon, you gain a +2 bonus on attack and damage rolls.
In addition, when you hit an enemy within 5 feet of you with an attack using this weapon, you can move the target of your attack up to 30 feet. If you do, the target’s speed drops to 0 for 1 minute. It can make a DC 16 Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on success. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Shoes of Tireless Gait
Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)
While you stay in motion, these shoes keep yoor body fresh for the challenges ahead.
You can walk without exhaustion or the need to stop for sleep. However, if you walk for more than 24 hours, you have disadvantage on ability checks and attack rolls until you take a long rest.
