There's the Nova corp helmet, which I don't think requires any specific characteristics to put on.

There's the gauntlet that the - relatively obscure - 2000's hero named Gauntlet wears, which is an alien super-weapon that fuses to his arm that has some degree of Monkey's Paw-ness to it.

Also, Captain Marvel used to wear these bracers that gave him cosmic power, which Rick Jones put on to become kind-of Captain Marvel himself for a while. Though Mar'Vell also got cancer because of space radiation so...

I don't know what slot you'd configure these into, but...

The Venom symbiote.

The Ant-Man/Wasp size manipulating tech are open to be used by anyone with a bit of cunning, as all the Ant-Men and Wasps can attest. I'm not sure how much of that you actually need to wear.

There are also a number of items you could extract from the Iron Man armoury, which others can and have used.

Much of Kang the Conqueror's tech can be operated by normal people as well, if they had enough time to figure it out.

Would you consider magic artifacts that might require training as valid options?
I'm wondering about some of Dr. Strange's gear. (I only know details about Strange from the latest Marvel movie, so I'm not sure how much the artifacts there match the comics.) That tool they use to help them teleport could certainly be used for a lot, and his cape has some useful powers (flight, defensive abilities, its own awareness making it block & grapple on its own). It didn't seem like "worthiness" was required, as with Thor's hammer, but rather that the item just liked the dude and maybe magical training on the dude's part. (The teleportation tool definitely required training, but nothing hints that a normal guy couldn't learn if he were willing to.)

I don't remember the supertech Mr. Fantastic made, but some of that might be on par.

How would you do an Iron Man (or equivalent) suit?
Or Spider-Man's web slingers? (I can see saying using them to swing across the city requires super-strength do really use, but using them to shoot webs at folk or make nets to hold debris should be usable by a mundane.)

6 slotted Infinity Gauntlet on the right hand. Everything else would be pretty much irrelevant.

Yes, which is probably why they specifically said to ignore things like the Infinity Gauntlet.

Yup, the OP specifically excluded the infinity gauntlet.

That's the point. He vaguely said 'super incredibly powerful stuff like the infinity gauntlet'.

Individual Infinity stones? Cosmic Cube? Cosmic Control Rod? Wand of Watoomb? Ultimate Nullifier?

That alters the discussion from what's the most powerful to where the arbitrary cutoff is for 'too powerful', and then it's just the next one below that cutoff.

Left Hand: The Tactigon (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Tactigon) - an Omega-level weapon capable of identifying and exploiting any enemy's weakness. One-shotted Ultimo.
Right Hand: Hammer of Skadi (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Hammer_of_Skadi) - similar to Mjolnir in capability, slightly different powers, perhaps more useful defensively.
Neck: Shi'ar Raptor Amulet (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Raptor_Amulet) - extremely powerful artifact that allows the user to transform into a member of the Fraternity of Raptors, accessing advanced alien armor with multiple forms that seems to be near the Iron Man level.
Fingers: The Mandarin's Rings (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Mandarin%27s_Rings) - alien artifacts with a vast suite of powers available to the user.
Hands: Kree Nega-Bands (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Nega-Bands) (so actually bracers) - extremely powerful items that give the user a variety of powers, source of the power of various iterations of Captain Marvel.
Torso: Nemean Lion Skin (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Nemean_Lion_Skin) - since we already a butt-kicking battlesuit from the Raptor Armor and a body enhanced by the Hammer of Skadi, I'll add an extra layer of indestructible protection on top.
Legs: Hmm...not a lot of good specific leg-pieces, probably going to have to come back to this one.
Feet: Silver Surfer's Surfboard (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Silver_Surfer's_Surfboard) - because when you are a cosmic power, you might as well travel the universe in style, and this item has been successfully stolen in the past.
Head: Serpent Crown (http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Serpent_Crown) - provides immortality (which is always nice), tends to corrupt user with the influence of Set, but the Mandarin's Rings will prevent this.

I like all of these except the surfboard...
In terms of power (since it was vague): About as strong as the stuff listed above (except surfboard) and perhaps odin's hammer.

Nothing that requires the user to have any particular aptitude to use though. If it grants less abilities but doesn't prevent use (mjol does prevent use) then it's allowed.

Weapon: If you have decent magical potential, then you'll want the Staff of One. While it draws power from yourself and does have a cost in blood to summon and activate, the simple fact is that it can cast any spell once and the more raw power you have the more fast and loose you can play with that rule. It's also difficult to steal as it resides inside you when not in use and returns to you when you fall asleep. Also, one you get to a certain level of power, it turns unto a monster and eats people if they touch it without your permision.

If you lack decent magical power, then Excalibur. It's virtually indestructible, can kill anything, and it can heal people's auras.
