Pact wizard HHH and opposotion schools

So that pact wizard https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard/archetypes/paizo-wizard-archetypes/pact-wizard-wizard-archetype/ has some interesting things, most of all the access to a witches patron. So my question is, how does this interact iwth opposition schools? Am I getting around the takign up extra spell slots limitation if I don't actually prepare the spells and jsut spontaneously cast them?

The limitation only applies to opposition spells that you prepare. If you can bypass preparation with a given spell somehow, e.g. being able to cast it spontaneously, then that drawback doesn't apply.

If this seems odd, remember that fluff-wise, the whole point of the archetype is bypassing standard channels for learning wizardry by taking shortcuts. If the need to attract a patron isn't enough to explain why this form of wizardry isn't widespread, the curse Pact Wizards get stuck with also helps.
