Are there any conjurer classes that conjure up creatures, use light or heavy armor, use one handed?
D&d
Warhammer
Any of them

Well starting with D&D 3.5 there are druids and Spirit Shaman who focus on the Summon Nature's Ally (or equivalent) role - they have light armor and plenty of one handed weapons
Also Clerics can be built as summoners - and they get heavy armor and more weapons.

Edit: I suppose I should add that there weren't really this type of conjuror in BECMI D&D, AD&D 1st Ed or pre-players options AD&D 2nd Ed and I don't know Warhammer or 4th and 5th Ed D&D.

Uhhh... I guess I'll also assume 3.5, in which case you can just be a bog-standard Conjurer, dip Urban Savant for light armor casting, take Battle Caster (CArc), allowing you to cast in medium armor, and then topping it off with a suit of Mithral Mechanus Armor for a ~+10 AC.

3.5 technically allows any character to utilize one-handed weapons, but you may consider a fighter dip for martial weapon proficiency.
