Homebrew class opinion

So I have a player that wants to try out the warden homebrew class. Something about this class seems a bit op but I'm not sure and I wanted your guys' opinion before saying yay or nay to the player in my game asking about it.

First off, do you have a better link? Is hard to read.

Seems okay, till I hit Prime Elemental Shield. That's too good.

Also gets too many spell slots. It gets basically as much as a Warlock, but is only a half caster.

Feels a little too good, but not excessively so. I wouldn't allow it, but it doesn't need a ton of tweaking to be okay.
