So a Spontaneous Cleric (this one - link is to the srd (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/spontaneousDivineCasters.htm)) takes the Divine Restoration ACF from Dungeonscape at level 3 as normal. A normal Cleric would "gain the ability to spontaneously cast lesser restoration, restoration, or greater restoration by sacrificing a prepared spell of the same level". But would a Spontaneous Cleric need to learn those spells and add them to their spells known list, or does this ACF allow them to cast those spells anyway?

I mean, if you want to be hyper-picky about it, the ACF specifies "by sacrificing a prepared spell of the same level." If you don't prepare spells because you're a spontaneous Cleric, you can't actually invoke this ability (unless you've got the ability to prepare spells for another reason). I think it's legal to take the ACF as a spontaneous Cleric, but I don't think that it's technically legal by RAW to use said ACF as a spontaneous Cleric.

Damn. Makes sense. Ah well, it would have been a little stupid anyway.
