As listed above, I have access to 3.5 materials in a Pathfinder game, more specifically, equipment. I can either duplicate an already prepared alchemical item, or produce an alchemical item worth less than 100 gp, which scales fairly well further into the campaign (Next level it will be 250 gp). In addition, she'll be able to boost alchemical bonuses by 1.

So are there any handbooks for alchemical equipment in D&D 3.5? There are some for Pathfinder, though they are a bit out of date.

There was an issue of Dragon Magazine about alchemical equipment I think

Whilst not a handbook specifically for alchemical items, Shax's Indespensible Haversack contains pretty much all the alchemical items you'd ever want to use.

Part of the inspiration for Shax was an attempt to catalog all the various alchemical items. It got a bit hinky trying to track down the oddball stuff in Dragon Magazine, so with Shax I decided to focus on the best items I could find in the books.

This post (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=8911315&postcount=12) lists alchemical items by book/source. And this site (http://adamsouza.tripod.com/alchemy.html)covers the items found in Dragon #280 and #301.

So, no handbook per se, but Alkal Saris' Arsenic & Old Lace: The Poison Handbook (http://bg-archive.minmaxforum.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=0nqn7v08f9ma1iaotpbir3sq22&topic=4854.0) is kinda close.

Along 3.PF applications, I'd be curious for spell focus/component use
ex; a vial of acid as a spell focus component w Acid splash does +1 damage.

Having a source of these would be convenient

Not a handbook, but this is a solid list: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=8911315&postcount=12

Nowhere near as complete as I’d like, and it didn’t generate nearly as much material as I wanted, but here’s (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?477410-3-5-Easy-and-cheap-ways-to-self-generate-alchemical-flasks) a thread of mine from a couple years back asking for brainstorming on how to get cheap alchemical stuff.
