Hello Once again! I'm currently making a custom sword and was wondering if people could help. I am of now a caster lvl 15 artificer and can make +5 weapons and this is what I have come up wwith so far.

Large Adamantite Great Sword +5

price=3350+2000+1000+100+2000+50000

base damage- 3d6+1.5(12) str mod
Damage with enhancements=3d6+2d6+1+5+12
Damage with actives=3d6+2d6+2d6+1+5+6(ac bonus)+12

Enhancements
-Razor Sharp(Dragon #358, 1000 gold) deal 1 exta damage
-Caustic Surge (DMG II, 2,000 gp) an extra 2d6 acidic damage Charisma times per day (5 times per-day)
-Wand Chamber(100 gold) - can hold the wand in the hilt of the weapon
-Sudden stunning(2000 gold)- On successful attack, take swift action to emit a magic surge.
Victim makes fort save vs DC=1/2 character level + cha modifier + 10.
stunned for 1 round.
uses/day=1+cha modifier. (10+6+5=21 fort save) (1+5=6times per day)
-+1 Keen (crit range 17-20)
-+1 Vicious-(Dungeon Master's Guide v.3.5)(deal an extra 2d6 but take 1d6)
-+1 Valorous-(Unapproachable East)(double damage when charging)
-+2 Fierce-(Arms and Equipment Guide) (Add your dex Ac to your damage) (mine is +6)

am I missing anything in the equation? because this seems pretty cheap or am I being a huge dumbass haha.

Appreciate the help thanks in advance!

Instead of the +50,000 it should be a +200,000. The +5 enhancement bonus and the properties that are worth a+x enhancement bonus are all added and then squared, then multiplied by 2,000.

So a Keen +3 Sword counts as a +4 and a +1 Vorpal as a +6.

With this sword being an effectively +10 item with extra enhancements, its cost would be OVER 200,000gp, which would make it an EPIC magic item, which requires the Craft Epic Arms and Armor epic feat.

Cofrect, the weapons enhancement bonus needs to drop for this to not be epic.

Also, I just learned that apparently even epic items can't give a dodge bonus, at least according to the SRD. Huh.
