Insight Bonus and Enhancement bonus. Do they stack?

So lets say I have a head band of wisdom which gives me +6 through an enhancement bonus then I use the spell Owls Insight, gives me wis equal to half my character level. The spell labels it as a insight bonus meaning it is a different form of buff, does this means it stacks?

Yes, different types of bonuses stack.

Absolutely. Different bonus types always stack (to my knowledge).
