So the Spell Sovereign from Dragon #357, how would be the best way to gestalt this?

Changeling racial sub Wizard for 5 levels, then Spell Sovereign for 10 levels on one side. Use whatever tactics are legal to avoid losing spellcasting levels. If you're allowed to take a PrC on both sides, then do that with a full-caster PrC at those levels. If not, then take more Wizard levels on that side.

There's not much to Spell Sovereign other than (a) spellcasting and (b) your familiar, so you're pretty free with the other side, and therefore the usual good stuff is good (Warblade, Wildshape Ranger, Feat Rogue, etc.).

seems we can only advance Prcs one level at a time. I found that out while working on the Swiftblade. You guys are awesome when it comes to out of the box thinking and tweaking of builds. Never played a Spell Sovereign before, didn't even know it existed until a few days ago, so not sure how to use it to its greatest effect.
