How would you build a multiclass build spellslinger/ gun chemist ?

Multiclass? I wouldn't bother, pick one, ditch the other.
Despite being the same 'theme', they have no actual synergy of class features. Wizard side needs spells, and Gun Chemist's 'not bombs' scale too much with Alchemist level.
A dip in one doesn't get you much of anything worthwhile, and trying to split the difference just locks out the high level good stuff from both.
And there isn't any Theurge-like PrC that would advance both sides.

A Gestalt of both would have a shot though.

If your DM considers extracts to be spell-equivalent, Spellslinger 1/Gun Chemist X is your best bet. Never take more than one level of Spellslinger

I suggest you check out spellslinger 1/eldritch archer magus X instead if you're looking for a mage-gunner class combo. Can be made to add a serious number of additional holes to monster butts while retaining excellent combat versatility and its own very distinct yummy ozone and gunpowder flavor IMO...
