Hello all! First post, here's hoping I'm not a rule breaker. I'm playing a Gnome Ranger approacing level 5, so prestige class is coming into play. This is my first time playing in since 7th grade, 15 years ago, so I'm not the keenest on the rules and regulations. I've searched around forums and haven't really seen anything that sticks out to me. I have a strong focus on ranged attacks with my crossbow and also an alchemy proficiency. I'm looking for something to combine and strengthen the two. Any one got any prestige classes that come to mind? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the boards! A question first. Is this for 3.0, 3.5, or Pathfinder? "Alchemy" means something slightly different in each one of those, so the edition does matter; and obviously the prestige classes available are going to be different depending. Also, what books do you have available?

Also, twf or rapid shot?

Peerless archer. Also what freats, stats, etc do you have?

Also look up shapesand. Best alchemy thing ever.
