eidolon feats help(rule question)

when i level up can i change the feats i have picked for my eidolon?

when i level up can i change the feats i have picked for my eidolon?

"Eidolon feats are set once chosen, even if the creature changes when the summoner gains a new level."

Evolution points are the only 'easy' change. Most other options are set when taken.

I don't see any reason not to allow retraining rules though.
